Patrick never thought making pizza at home with his wife would one day become his full-time business. As more people started showing up, Patrick began thinking bigger. He bought an old dentist’s office for under $40,000 and spent over two years turning it into Gus Franco’s Pizza. Today, he’s known for making some of the best pizza around, sticking to a simple menu and dough that takes 72 hours to prepare. He believes good food is worth the wait.

In this episode, Patrick shares what it really took to get started, the mistakes and challenges along the way, and why you don’t need a culinary background or a huge budget to build something people love. Sometimes, all it takes is a hobby you enjoy and the willingness to give it a try.
