I worked at Tesla starting from 2017 thru 2021. I spent most of my time in the distribution and supply chain organizations in leadership positions.

Before Tesla, I was a Director of Business Intelligence and Pricing at the largest Pet Food & Supply distributor in the US, Phillips Pet Food & Supplies. My wife and I also owned a small business in Bethlehem, PA between 2016 and 2019.

I have been a shareholder of Tesla since 2012 and currently own Tesla stock. Nothing I say constitutes as investment or financial advice.

I'm proud to have Bizee sponsor this video. #ad Their platform makes launching and managing an LLC straightforward, and it’s a service I genuinely believe in and recommend to anyone ready to start their business. https://bizee.com/?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=content_sponsorship&utm_campaign=upflipEgg roll ideas don’t usually feel like a fresh start, but for Daphne, it came from a quiet moment at home, wondering what to build next after stepping away from her last restaurant. She wasn’t chasing another business. She was a mom, focused on her family, figuring things out one day at a time. But after COVID, she kept noticing how much people still wanted good food they could grab quickly without sacrificing quality. So she went back to what she knew, flavors she had already created, and tried something new with them. She started small, testing her egg roll recipes, handing them out, and listening to real feedback. Then one video changed everything. Suddenly, the lines were hours long. Her tiny setup couldn’t keep up, but people still waited. In this episode, Daphne shares what it really looked like, figuring things out on the fly, building systems from scratch, and growing a restaurant that now serves thousands every week. This Saturday, BlackTree Media presents The George McKenna Story, the inspiring 1986 biographical drama starring a young Denzel Washington as real-life Los Angeles educator Dr. George McKenna, whose commitment to discipline, excellence, and heart transformed one of the city’s toughest schools.

Before Glory, before Malcolm X, before becoming an Oscar legend — Denzel Washington delivered one of his earliest commanding performances as a determined principal willing to confront gangs, apathy, and broken systems to lift his students up. His portrayal helped define the “inspirational educator” subgenre long before films like Lean on Me and Stand and Deliver became staples.

⭐ Plot Summary

Based on a true story, the film follows McKenna as he takes over notorious George Washington Preparatory High School, battling violence, low expectations, and a culture of defeat. Through tough love, community engagement, and high standards, he helps the students discover their potential and restores pride in a forgotten neighborhood.

⭐ Starring
• Denzel Washington — in one of the key early roles that showcased his natural leadership and intensity
• Lynn Whitfield (Eve’s Bayou, Madea’s Family Reunion)
• Debbi Morgan (All My Children, Eve’s Bayou)
• John Quade
• Art Evans

🎬 Directed by:

Eric Laneuville (actor-turned-director known for ER, Lost, and Grimm)

This inspirational true story reminds us how one committed educator can change an entire community.

(Re)discover the Dior Fall 2023 collection by Maria Grazia Chiuri, captured in a dreamlike setting in the city of Udaipur, a treasure of the Rajasthan state. The vocabulary of traditional Indian dress informs a series of shimmering silk looks, minimalist tunics and exquisite prints, including the Indian Animals and Dior Indian Purple motifs. A transporting odyssey, perpetuating the ties woven by the House of Dior - from its first show in 1947 - with India, a source of inexhaustible inspiration.
