SpaceX is going to war with Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile, and your phone bill sits in the middle of it. In this video I explain how SpaceX plans to become a US mobile carrier using Starlink satellites, its own rockets, and new spectrum from EchoStar (AWS-4, H-block and AWS-3) plus 800 MHz spectrum from Grain Management.

I cover the FCC fight with T-Mobile over satellite rules, whether direct to cell service will work indoors on the phone you already own, and why building your own satellites and launching them on your own rockets gives SpaceX a massive cost advantage over the telecom carriers.

Then I get into Starship: Flight 14 deploying 26 V3 Starlink satellites, full reusability, the PEZ dispenser, and how weekly launches could keep pushing down the cost of every terabit of capacity. Finally I look at the 2028 carrier timeline and why AI agents and superintelligence will need far more bandwidth than phone plans alone.
